  • You are not granted ownership of any intellectual property by using our Services.

  • Our patent-pending AI security technologies remain the exclusive property of Zero Day Technology.

4. Cybersecurity & Penetration Testing Services

If you engage with our AI-driven penetration testing services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You must own or have explicit authorization to test the systems being assessed.

  • Any findings, reports, or vulnerabilities identified must not be used for malicious purposes.

  • We do not take responsibility for any unintended consequences resulting from penetration testing.

  • You may not use our penetration testing tools to exploit, attack, or harm third parties.

  • You understand that our AI-based security solutions provide risk mitigation but do not guarantee absolute security.

5. App Development Services

For clients utilizing our app development services, you agree that:

  • Zero Day Technology retains ownership of any pre-existing code, libraries, or proprietary technology used in development.

  • If a project is terminated before completion, Zero Day Technology is entitled to retain payment for work completed up to that point.

  • Any AI-driven features integrated into your app remain the intellectual property of Zero Day Technology unless explicitly transferred through contract.

6. Prohibited Activities

By using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code, AI models, or security algorithms.

  • Use our penetration testing software for illegal activities, including hacking, unauthorized access, or cyberattacks.

  • Engage in any behavior that violates applicable laws, cybersecurity regulations, or intellectual property rights.

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or disrupt our security measures.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • That our applications will be free from errors or vulnerabilities.

  • That unauthorized users will never breach a system secured using our technology.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Day Technology disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Zero Day Technology, its employees, officers, partners, or affiliates be liable for:
